Terms & Conditions

PureLabs is a Dutch supplement brand that puts science above marketing. We develop high-quality supplements based on clinical research, produced and independently tested in the Netherlands, without fillers and without compromise.

PureLabs B.V. is the legal entity responsible for all products and services offered through our online store. By using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to these terms and conditions.

We use the following terms and definitions:

• Right of withdrawal: your ability to withdraw from the Agreement under the conditions set out in these Terms.
• You / your: every natural person or legal entity placing an order through the PureLabs online store.
• Agreement: the agreement concluded through the online store under which you purchase a Product from PureLabs.
• Product(s): every item offered, to be delivered or delivered by PureLabs under the Agreement.
• PureLabs: the legal entity PureLabs B.V., which offers the Products through its online store.
• Terms: these terms and conditions of PureLabs, including any future amendments.

The Agreement between you and PureLabs is concluded at the moment you place an order through our online store and accept the corresponding payment obligation by completing checkout. Until that moment there is no binding agreement.

• PureLabs reserves the right to refuse an order for valid reasons, for example in the case of incorrect or incomplete payment details, unusual ordering behaviour or limited availability of a Product.
• In that case, PureLabs revokes the offer. Any payment already made will be fully refunded within 14 days.
• PureLabs sends a confirmation email after an order is placed. This confirmation does not serve as an invoice, but as an acknowledgement of receipt.

• These Terms apply to every offer made by PureLabs and every Agreement concluded between PureLabs and you.
• Before the Agreement is concluded, you are given access to these Terms. The most recent version is always available on our website.
• If additional product or service conditions apply alongside these Terms, you may rely on the provision most favourable to you in the event of any conflict.
• PureLabs expressly rejects the applicability of any general terms and conditions of the buyer.

• All offers on the website are without obligation. The final Agreement only arises when an order is placed and payment is completed.
• Product images are displayed as accurately as possible. Minor deviations in colour or finish compared to the photos do not entitle you to dissolution or compensation.
• Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer do not bind PureLabs.
• PureLabs strives to keep the offer up to date and complete at all times, but cannot guarantee that all information is fully correct at all times.

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of delivery, without giving any reason. The following conditions apply:

• The Product must be unused, in its original, undamaged packaging and in resalable condition.
• The Product must have been purchased through our online store. Purchases via third parties are not covered by our return policy.
• Opened supplements and food supplements are excluded from the right of withdrawal for hygiene reasons and due to the nature of the product, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.
• Register your return via support@purelabs.nl, stating your order number.

• The direct costs of returning a Product are at the buyer's expense, unless agreed otherwise.
• Did you receive a damaged, incorrect or defective Product? Contact us within 48 hours via support@purelabs.nl and include photos. In that case, PureLabs will fully cover the return costs.
• Refunds are processed within 14 days of receipt and review of the return shipment, minus any return costs.
• Damaged return shipments will not be refunded, unless the buyer can demonstrate they are not responsible for the damage.
• We always recommend keeping proof of postage and taking a photo of the parcel with the return label beforehand.

• You pay the price displayed in the online store at the moment of placing your order, including VAT.
• PureLabs reserves the right to change prices, shipping costs and discount thresholds. Changes do not apply to orders already placed.
• A lower price after your order or a missed discount period does not entitle you to a refund of the price difference.
• Discount codes are valid once, non-transferable and cannot be combined, unless expressly stated otherwise.

PureLabs stands behind the quality of its Products and guarantees that every Product complies with the description on the website, the quality requirements set and applicable laws and regulations.

• Do you have a complaint about a Product or our service? Contact us as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after discovery, via support@purelabs.nl and describe the issue as clearly as possible, preferably with photos and your order number.
• You will receive a substantive response within 7 working days. We aim to resolve every complaint to your satisfaction.
• PureLabs is never liable for consequential damage resulting from the use of the Products, unless there is intent or gross negligence on the part of PureLabs.

• Through this store, PureLabs delivers to the United Kingdom. Deliveries in the Netherlands and Belgium run through purelabs.nl. Orders with delivery addresses outside these countries are not processed.
• Delivery times are indicative and not binding. PureLabs strives to deliver orders within the indicated period.
• The risk of loss or damage to the Products remains with PureLabs until the moment of actual delivery to the buyer or a person designated by the buyer.
• If an order is sent to a pickup point and not collected within the applicable period, the parcel will be returned. PureLabs reserves the right to charge return costs in that case.

• Payment takes place via the payment methods available in the online store at the time of checkout.
• An order is only processed once the payment has been fully processed and received by PureLabs.
• In the event of late payment, PureLabs is entitled to cancel the order and release any reserved stock.

• The Agreement and these Terms are governed exclusively by Dutch law.
• Disputes arising from the Agreement are preferably resolved amicably. If this is not possible, the competent court in the district of PureLabs has exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
• If a provision in these Terms is declared void or voidable by a court, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
• PureLabs processes your personal data solely for the purpose of performing the Agreement and in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the website.
• PureLabs reserves the right to amend these Terms. The version published on the website is always the most current version. Agreements already concluded remain subject to the version that applied at the time those agreements were concluded.
