After completing your order you will receive a confirmation email at the address you provided. Please also check your spam folder. Still nothing after 15 minutes? Contact us at support@purelabs.nl with your name and order date.

Orders are processed as quickly as possible. Changing or cancelling is only possible as long as your order has not yet been packed. Contact us as soon as possible at support@purelabs.nl with your order number.

Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. You can return the package after delivery in accordance with our return policy.

Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with a track & trace code. No shipping confirmation received? Check your spam folder or contact us at support@purelabs.nl.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@purelabs.nl with your order number and a photo of the product and the packaging. We will arrange a suitable solution. In this case, the return costs are on us.

First check your confirmation email to see whether all products are included. Is something missing? Contact us at support@purelabs.nl with your order number. We will resolve this as quickly as possible.

Current shipping costs and the free shipping threshold are always displayed at checkout. Please refer to the website for the most up-to-date information.

Orders are shipped from our facility in the Netherlands and are typically delivered within 2 to 3 working days. Delivery times are indicative and may depend on the carrier.

Check the track & trace code in your shipping confirmation. Marked as delivered but nothing received? Check whether it was left at a pickup point or with a neighbour. Still can't find it? Contact us at support@purelabs.nl.

You have the right to return a purchase within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unopened and in its original packaging. Opened supplements are excluded from returns for hygiene reasons. Read our full Terms & Conditions for all details.

Send an email to support@purelabs.nl with your order number and the reason for your return. We will get back to you within 2 working days with further instructions.

Once we have received and reviewed your return, we will process the refund within 14 days via the same payment method used for the original purchase, minus any return costs.

Return costs are at the buyer's expense. Did you receive a wrong, damaged or defective product? Then we will fully cover the return costs. Contact us at support@purelabs.nl.

The recommended dosage is stated on the packaging and the product page. Always follow the stated dosage. When in doubt, consult a doctor, especially if you take medication or have a medical condition.

PureLabs uses plant-based capsules only and contains no unnecessary additives or fillers. The full ingredient list is stated on the packaging and the product page. Questions about specific allergens? Contact us at support@purelabs.nl.

All PureLabs products are produced in GMP-certified facilities in the Netherlands and formulated for daily use. When in doubt, during pregnancy or in case of medical conditions, we always recommend consulting a doctor first.

Store the products in a cool, dry and dark place, out of reach of children. Do not store in the bathroom or in direct sunlight. The aluminium jar protects the contents optimally as long as it is properly closed.

We accept all major payment methods, including credit and debit cards. The current options are always visible at checkout.

Yes. All payments are processed through certified payment providers. PureLabs does not store any payment details. The website uses a secure HTTPS connection.

Every marketing email contains an unsubscribe link at the bottom. You can also unsubscribe via support@purelabs.nl. Unsubscribe requests are processed within 5 working days.
