Return Policy
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without giving any reason. Below you can read how this works and which conditions apply.
Please note: due to the nature of our products, specific exceptions apply to opened supplements. Read the conditions below carefully.
- The product is unused, in its original and undamaged packaging, and in resalable condition.
- The seal of the product has not been broken.
- The product was purchased through our online store. Purchases via third parties are not covered by this return policy.
- The return is registered within 14 days of delivery via support@purelabs.nl, stating your order number.
Opened supplements and food supplements are excluded from the right of withdrawal for hygiene reasons and due to the nature of the product, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.
Once the seal of a supplement has been broken, the product can no longer be returned. Products with a broken seal or visible signs of use will not be accepted for return, unless there is a demonstrable defect.
- Send an email to support@purelabs.nl within 14 days of delivery, stating your order number and which product you would like to return.
- You will receive a confirmation from us with instructions and the return address.
- Pack the product carefully in its original, undamaged packaging and return it within the agreed period.
- Keep your proof of postage and take a photo of the parcel with the return label beforehand.
- The direct costs of returning a product are at the buyer's expense, unless agreed otherwise.
- We always recommend using a shipping method with track & trace, so the return shipment can be followed.
- Damaged return shipments will not be refunded, unless the buyer can demonstrate they are not responsible for the damage.
- Once we have received and reviewed your return shipment, we will process the refund within 14 days.
- The refund is made via the same payment method you used to pay, minus any return costs.
- If a returned product does not meet the conditions, we may refuse the refund or apply a deduction for loss of value. We will always inform you about this.
- Did you receive a damaged, wrong or defective product? Contact us within 48 hours at support@purelabs.nl and include clear photos and your order number.
- In that case, PureLabs will fully cover the return costs and we will send you a replacement product free of charge or refund the purchase amount.
- We handle product complaints as quickly as possible; you will receive a substantive response within 2 working days.
