Shipping Policy

Delivery area

Through this store, PureLabs ships to the United Kingdom and selected European countries. The available delivery countries are always shown at checkout. All orders are shipped from our facility in the Netherlands. For deliveries in the Netherlands and Belgium, please visit purelabs.nl.

All orders are shipped with DHL.

Shipping costs
  • Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout, based on your delivery address. You will always see the exact amount before completing your order.
  • There are no hidden charges: the amount you see at checkout is the amount you pay.
  • Any promotions with free or reduced shipping are clearly stated and apply only during the indicated period.
Delivery time
  • Orders placed and paid on working days are typically delivered within 2 to 3 working days, depending on the destination country.
  • Delivery times are indicative and not binding. Busy periods, public holidays or circumstances at the carrier may affect delivery.
  • Orders placed at the weekend or on public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Order processing
  • An order is only processed and shipped once the payment has been received in full.
  • After dispatch you will receive a confirmation by email with the DHL track & trace information.
  • PureLabs reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order for valid reasons, such as incorrect details or limited availability of a product. Any payment already made will be fully refunded in that case.
Track & trace

As soon as your order has been picked up by DHL, you will receive an email with a track & trace link. This allows you to follow your parcel all the way to delivery. Please also check your spam or junk folder if you have not received this email within one working day of placing your order.

Delivery and pickup points
  • DHL delivers to the address you provided. If you are not at home, the parcel may be offered to neighbours or taken to a nearby DHL service point.
  • The risk of loss or damage to the products remains with PureLabs until the moment of delivery to you or a person designated by you.
  • If a parcel is taken to a service point and not collected within the applicable period, it will be returned to PureLabs. We reserve the right to charge return costs in that case.
Delivery issues
  • Did your parcel arrive damaged? Contact us within 48 hours at support@purelabs.nl and include clear photos and your order number.
  • Does the track & trace show your parcel as delivered, but you have not received it? First check with neighbours and any service point, then get in touch with us.
  • We investigate every delivery complaint together with DHL and make sure it is resolved appropriately.
Incorrect address
  • Please check your address details carefully before completing your order. We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
  • Is your address wrong? Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order at support@purelabs.nl. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will adjust the address where possible.
  • If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you about a new shipment. Any additional shipping costs may be at your expense in that case.
